The FLC Men’s Ministry is a brotherhood rooted in Christ, where men of all ages can grow in faith, character, and purpose. It’s a place where you don’t have to pretend—just come as you are. Proverbs 27:17 reminds us, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another,” and that’s exactly what we strive for—real relationships that challenge, support, and build each other up. Through intentional discipleship, prayer, and biblical teaching, we follow Jesus’ call in Matthew 28:19-20 to “go and make disciples… teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” Whether you’re new in your walk or have walked with God for years, this is a space where you can be authentic, ask tough questions, and be sharpened in your identity as a man of God. Together, we pursue purpose, integrity, and the heart of Christ.

HOW DO WE DO IT?
🔥 1. Monthly Men’s Breakfast
Join us every 3rd Saturday at 9:30 AM for a hearty meal, real conversations, and relevant teaching. This is a time to connect with other men, be encouraged, and leave refreshed and challenged to live out your faith.
📖 2. Discipleship & Mentorship
We offer one-on-one mentorship opportunities where men dive into God’s Word, pray together, and hold each other accountable. Discipleship is at the core of who we are—it’s where life transformation truly begins.
🤝 3. Serving & Leading with Purpose
We challenge men to lead by example—whether at home, at church, or in the community. From serving at events to leading ministry efforts, we believe every man has a role in advancing the Kingdom. “The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve…” (Mark 10:45)
WHY DO WE DO IT?
Because Men Matter.
At FLC, we believe that when men follow Jesus wholeheartedly, families are strengthened, churches grow deeper, and communities are transformed. But too many men feel alone in their struggles, unsure of their purpose, or disconnected from real relationships.
That’s why our Men’s Ministry exists—to create a space where men can be real, grow in their faith, and become the leaders God has called them to be.
We follow the example of Jesus, who didn’t just preach to the crowds—He walked closely with a few, discipling them, sharpening them, and sending them out with purpose (Matthew 28:19-20). We’re called to do the same.
We do this because:
• Discipleship is essential. Men need solid, biblical truth and strong relationships to grow spiritually.
• Authenticity matters. You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to be willing to take the next step.
• Brotherhood is powerful. God never intended for us to walk this journey alone.
• Jesus gave us the example. He served, He sacrificed, and He led with humility—and we’re called to do the same (1 Peter 2:21).
